YOU DON’T NEED TO ENTER ANY PERSONAL DETAILS. JUST A SHORT DESCRIPTION OF WHAT YOU WERE DOING WHEN THE CRASH OCCURRED. DOING SO MAKES IT EASIER FOR US TO TAKE A LOOK AT THE CRASH DUMP AND TRACE THE ORIGINS OF THE CRASH SO WE CAN FIX IT. IF YOU SEE SOMETHING, SAY SOMETHING!

- Optimizations, scene cleanup and fixes e.g. geometry clipping, seams in buildings, floating objects, objects missing collision mesh etc
This is on-going. As for optimizations, upon release we expect to achieve the highest performance metric possible for the game’s system requirements.
- Issues with passengers joining an air/space craft at a supply platform.

- Issue with the ATS shuttles
We disabled the AI controlled Automated Transport System in 00.09.06.07 until we can revise their flight path method so they stop getting stuck at waypoints.

WORLD SCENES
Various terrain texture issues. e.g. some missing snow textures on Frostbite.
Seams in some areas in Starguard and Vanguard geometry (collision mesh); allowing view into space
Heatwave guard towers have low ceiling and doors that are too small for the player to enter without crouching
Issue with Solar Plant’s collision mesh
CLIENT / SERVER
In windowed mode, using ALT+TAB to switch away from the game and back will sometimes cause movement keys to lose context
On the deployment screen some scenes are sometimes listed as unavailable though they’re online. Also unable to connect to some scenes.
A scene will show as off-line if it fails to connect to the server cluster. If a scene is offline, attempting to connect to or launch a craft into it will fail. For example, if Lyrius space scene is down, you won’t be able to launch a fighter from Arkangel or Starguard, as they are both located in the Lyrius space region. All the game’s 13 scenes are designed to run independently, and have a fail-safe restart mode. This means that if a scene (e.g. Heatwave planetary starbase) goes down, all clients in that scene will be disconnected, and will have to redeploy at another scene until Heatwave resets and restarts.
Some issues with the fps controller (camera, movement, physics). Still doesn’t feel “right”
First person weapon view character animation needs adjustments. e.g. the POV incorrectly looks down on the weapon
With a bad client connection, using a docking bay in space will sometimes only transfer one player to the station
Aircraft altitude limit on the planet can be bypassed
Missiles can collide with your own ship while flying (~350 m/s) in space and firing
No seating chart shown when in passenger seats in shuttles or gunships
SC490 shuttle passengers are not showing as seated in third person
In some aircraft (aggressor gunship), the player character can be seen sitting in a position outside the craft instead of in the cockpit
Aircraft passengers can still activate jumpgates after transferring from pilot seat
Some aircraft bleeding too much energy during turns; thus requiring constant throttle during flight. Also needs preset (0-9) thrust settings
Activating the third-person camera (CTRL) sometimes removes the first-person GUI. Workaround is to activate the map (M), then exit
When swimming you cannot go under water because the up/down directional keys don’t work in this mode
After activating the cheat mode third-person camera, character movement animations aren’t played when moving in this mode
